Our Team
Christina Kearney - Founder & CEO
With over 17 years as a prior Donor, Clinical Coordinator and Agency Director, Christina’s experience in the field of Third Party Assisted Reproductive Medicine has given her a unique perspective on the challenges often encountered by Donors and their Recipients. Her exposure has proven invaluable in the pursuit of mitigating these difficulties and creating an agency that embodies true health and wellness for all. Lack of support, guidance and empathy are unfortunately the most common experience found amongst Donors and their families. Due to her own trauma with egg donation, she intentionally curates the most ethical matches possible, at times declining to work with certain clinics due to their lack of compassion for Donors. To date, she is proud to share that none of her Donors have had the Ovarian hyperstimulation (OHSS) complications she experienced long ago.
As a pioneer of one of the first boutique agencies within the United States, Christina continues to forge a path for accountability within her field. A fierce advocate for the rights of Donors and Recipients, Christina has vocalized her concerns about the lack of transparency and dishonest practices that contribute to cases of medical fraud and negligence, medical & legal complacency and less than adequate patient care.
Christina’s focus is centered on quality, not quantity. Her simplistic approach alleviates stress for Recipients by providing a clean slate when viewing Donors and step by step guidance. She is able to create comfort in an otherwise overwhelming field, leading to a healthier journey & outcome. Her attention to detail lends itself to a greater foundation of trust between all parties. Because of this, it is uncommon for Donors within her program to withdraw from a match after committing to a family.
Her bespoke process means that each Donor journey is treated with the individualized care and respect it deserves.
Maleah Catalan - Case Coordinator
With a background in nursing studies and a lifelong passion for science, health, and service, Maleah brings both clinical understanding and personal insight to the field of Third Party Assisted Reproductive Medicine. Her path into this field was shaped not only by education, but by her own health journey, which required her to step away from traditional schooling and seek deeper answers. Through extensive research and intentional lifestyle changes, she not only solved her own health concerns, but discovered the profound impact of holistic wellness on hormonal balance, mental health, and overall vitality — an experience that now shapes her approach to supporting others.
Seven years ago, Maleah became an egg donor herself. It was a transformative journey and even more meaningful than she had imagined. The experience solidified her desire to work in a field where science, compassion, and advocacy intersect. Having walked the path personally, she understands the emotional, physical, and psychological nuances Donors experience, and is committed to ensuring they feel informed, supported, and respected throughout their journeys. Equally, she finds deep fulfillment in helping Intended Parents grow their families, viewing this work as a meaningful extension of her core purpose: to help others thrive.
Her focus extends beyond the medical process alone. With a strong interest in holistic health and fertility education, Maleah spends much of her time researching and learning about hormone health, menstrual cycle literacy, preconception wellness, mental well-being, nutrition, lifestyle practices, and how they all connect together. She believes that educating women about their bodies is not only empowering for them, but fosters confidence, autonomy, and improved health outcomes. This knowledge allows her to offer thoughtful, tailored, and integrative support to Donors before, during, and after their cycles.
Maleah approaches each match and each individual with care, empathy, and kindess. She understands that no two journeys are alike, and she is dedicated to creating an experience where Donors feel heard and valued, and Intended Parents feel supported and guided. Her work is rooted in the belief that when health, transparency, and compassion are prioritized, the journey becomes not only successful, but truly positive for everyone involved.
FORBES
In 2022, Forbes recognized Christina’s relentless pursuit of exposing the lack of education and nutritional counseling offered to fertility patients across the United States. She brought awareness regarding the negative effects our lifestyle choices have on fertility health, including male and female Donors and Gestational Carriers. Her independent research studies and exploration beyond the boundaries of modern medicine earned her recognition within the Third Party Assisted Reproductive Medical field and garnered brand deals with prominent supplement brands, as well as world renowned physicians. In 2020 & 2021, she was able to increase fertility viability in 100% of her test clients through her separate company, Fruitful Roots Nutrition. Her tenacity and passionate for health and wellness fostered an environment where growth seems possible. Her capacity to create hope in otherwise “hopeless” situations is what inspires the ever growing holistic practices with her agency and in this field.
